Joey Scandizzo Salon
In June 2011, Australian Hairdresser of the Year, prominent
Melbourne based stylist Joey Scandizzo and his team engaged the
services of Incubate Creative for his new inspiration - Joey
Scandizzo Salon.
Based in the affluent and fashionable Melbourne suburb of South
Yarra, Joey Scandizzzo Salon sets the benchmark for style, quality
and creativity in the hairdressing arena. With such high standards
to preserve, it was imperative that Incubate develop a full suite
of branding executions to compliment their
reputation.
With a tight deadline in place for launch, Incubate were able to
offer a full range of services including branding, design, print,
promotional, interior, signage, web design and development to help
get the brand established. By working closely with the JS team to
understand the brand's personality and future aspirations, Incubate
were able to deliver an outstanding result on time and on budget.
Most importantly, Incubate created a brand identity that is fitting
of the high quality experience that Joey Scandizzo Salon provides
its own clientele.
It promises to be exciting times for the Joey Scandizzo Salon and

Chicken Channel
The Chicken Channel promises to be the online destination for
all lovers of chicken. Whether it be recipes ideas, kitchen
hints and tips, product information or insights from Australia's
leading foodies.
When Turi Foods approached Incubate to further develop the idea,
we were excited to say the least. The concept presented an
opportunity to highlight chicken as hero within the kitchen whilst
showcasing the company's leading brands. In a market where
home cooking is growing in popularity, it was a recipe for
success.
We set out to develop the branding as well as design and build a
website which was plentiful with information including Video,
Photography, Blogs, News, Recipes and helpful tips. We
offered the convenience of directing and managing the entire
production process, including sourcing of content such as video,
photography and celebrity blogs.
In addition to this, the client wanted to ensure this wealth of
chicken information was available to more and more consumers.
So with the growing trend toward phone applications, Incubate
developed the Chicken Channel i-phone and i-pad
application.
Finally, a point of sale suite was developed to help drive
consumer awareness at store level and increase the amount of
traffic flow through both website and
applications.
The chicken channel is a wonderful concept and will be sure to
please chicken lovers everywhere.

Free Energy Australia
When Free Energy Drink Australia approached Incubate Creative to
evaluate their current sales and marketing strategy, we accepted
the challenge with great enthusiasm. Free Energy offered a great
tasting product, with credible branding, proven success
internationally and value pricing. Energy was a growth segment
within the soft drink market, however in an environment where
competition was intense and marketing spend plentiful, Free Energy
did not necessarilly have the resource to compete with the major
players.
Incubate Creative, together with the client needed to understand
the brands identity and relevance in an already cluttered market.
Initially the focus was to help guide Free Energy by developing a
strategic marketing plan and channel strategy. Once agreement was
achieved on the way forward, the focus shifted to implementing key
sales management processes and the relevant marketing executions
that would drive the brand's growth.
Today, Incubate Creative have a key role in developing and
implementing marketing executions for FEDA. In addition, we assist
the brand with key account management requirements and business
development opportunities. The result is a brand that is fast
gaining momentum and creditability within numerous commercial
channels. The journey promises to be long and challenging but
Incubate Creative will be there to assist the brand in achieving
it's full potential.
